- All pairs & groups are required to purchase the same ticket type, as each ticket’s entitlements are non-transferable.
- Tickets can only be refunded or rescheduled if MOIC Ticket Insurance is purchased as an add-on upon checkout.
- Tickets sold are non-transferable, non-refundable and void if altered or duplicated.
- Please note that a ticketing fee of $4 per ticket will be applied at checkout.
- Children 2 years and younger enter for free.
- Children under the age of 12 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
- Each ticket admits one person which will be checked at entry, and is valid only on the date of the ticket.
- Re-entry is not permitted.

Can I cancel this booking?
Every option shows its own cancellation terms before you pay — where free cancellation applies, the window closes at 00:00 (midnight), local time at the destination, on the cut-off day. Cancel from My bookings within the window for a full refund (once your ticket has been issued, message support inside the window and we cancel it for you); after it, the option's terms apply. Can I change the date of my booking?
Date changes aren't automatic — they depend on the operator. Email [email protected] from the address you booked with, quoting your booking reference and the new date you'd like, and we'll ask the operator for you. Changes are subject to their approval and availability; if the date can't be moved, your booking's cancellation terms apply.
