General information

ReadyTrip.com (the "Platform") provides two things: a marketplace that resells activities, tours, tickets and experiences supplied by independent third-party operators, and editorial travel content such as guides, itineraries and budget estimates. All content is provided for general informational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of any content, products or services on the Platform.

We are a reseller, not the provider

Experiences are owned and operated by third-party operators and venues. ReadyTrip resells and facilitates access to them and processes payment, but does not itself operate the experiences and does not control their quality, safety, conduct or availability. The operator is solely responsible for delivering the experience in accordance with its own terms and applicable local law. Your rights in relation to a booking are set out in our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Connectivity (eSIM data plans)

Travel eSIM plans are sold by us but the connectivity is delivered by local mobile network operators. Coverage maps, network lists and speeds shown on the Platform come from our supplier and are indicative only — actual availability, speed and performance vary by location, device, network load and operator policy, and are not guaranteed. Plans are data only and must never be relied on for emergency calls or as your sole means of communication. Check that your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before buying, and keep a fallback (your home SIM or local Wi-Fi) available. Some countries restrict or require registration for foreign eSIMs; complying with local law is your responsibility.

Transport bookings are made with 12Go — advertising disclosure

Bus, train, ferry, transfer and flight tickets are sold and issued by 12Go Asia Pte. Ltd. on its own websites. ReadyTrip is not the seller, is not a party to those bookings, and receives no payment from you for them. We are paid a commission by 12Go when you book through our links, at no extra cost to you — transport content on ReadyTrip is advertising for a commercial partner, not an independent recommendation, and we do not verify 12Go's fares, availability or operators.

Any transport fare, timetable, duration, operator or availability shown on ReadyTrip comes from 12Go and is indicative only — it may be out of date, incomplete, or exclude taxes and fees. Only the price and details 12Go shows at the moment you pay are binding. Timetables, departure points, vehicle types and operators change frequently — verify them on your ticket and with the operator, and allow margin for delays before onward travel, which we do not underwrite. We accept no responsibility for transport bookings, delays, cancellations, missed connections or the conduct of any transport operator. See our Terms & Conditions section 7.

Accuracy of information

Travel information — including destination guides, attraction details, opening hours, availability, schedules and local customs — can change at any time without notice, and operator-supplied details may contain errors. We strongly recommend that you:

• Verify important details with official sources before you travel or book;
• Check your government's travel advisories for your destination;
• Confirm hours, availability and requirements directly with the operator or venue.

Pricing and budget estimates

Prices are settled in US dollars and shown in your selected currency for convenience; display amounts are indicative and may differ from the amount charged due to exchange-rate movements and your bank's fees. Budget estimates and editorial figures are approximate and provided for planning only, and may change due to currency fluctuations, seasonality, operator pricing, and taxes or fees.

Visa, entry, health and safety

Any visa, entry, health or safety information is a general guide only and varies by nationality and circumstances. It can change frequently and without notice. ReadyTrip is not responsible for visa refusals, denied entry, health incidents, or any consequences of relying on such information. Always verify requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, official government source and qualified professionals.

Advertising, links and partnerships

The Platform displays advertising and may contain links to third-party sites, and we may earn commissions or advertising revenue. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, services or privacy practices, and the presence of an ad or link is not an endorsement.

User-generated content

Reviews, ratings and other content submitted by users reflect those users' own views, not ReadyTrip's. We are not responsible for user-generated content and may moderate or remove it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadyTrip and its owners, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive — arising from your use of the Platform, any booking, or any act, omission, delay, cancellation, injury or default of an operator or other third party. This includes, without limitation:

• Financial losses from inaccurate pricing, availability or budget information;
• Travel disruption from inaccurate schedules, timings, closures or cancellations;
• Visa refusals, denied entry or immigration issues;
• Personal injury, illness, or loss of or damage to property during an experience;
• Loss of mobile connectivity, coverage gaps, network speed or an eSIM failing to work on your device;
• Anything arising from a transport booking made with 12Go, including delays, cancellations and missed connections;
• Any other loss arising from reliance on Platform content or from a third party.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including certain consumer-protection rights in your country and liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Changes to this disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer at any time, posting changes here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
