Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
ReadyTrip, operated by Travel Pass Inc, a Delaware (USA) corporation with its registered office at 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901, USA ("ReadyTrip", "we", "us", or "our"), operates the website ReadyTrip.com and related applications (together, the "Platform"), available to travellers worldwide. By accessing or using the Platform, or by making a booking through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by any product-specific terms shown at the time of booking. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors and users wherever located, and do not limit any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
2. About our service — we are a reseller / intermediary
ReadyTrip is a global online marketplace. We discover, list, and resell activities, tours, attraction tickets and experiences ("Products") that are owned, operated and supplied by independent third-party operators, venues and suppliers ("Operators"). We are not the provider of the experiences themselves.
What we offer falls into four categories, and your rights differ between them:
- Experiences, tours and attraction tickets — we are the seller and resell the Operator's Product to you, as described in this section.
- eSIM data plans — a digital product we sell directly, with connectivity delivered by mobile network operators. See section 6.
- Airport & city transfers — a private car, van or shared shuttle booked point to point. We are the seller and the merchant of record; the ride itself is carried out by an independent transport supplier. See section 7.
- Long-distance transport tickets (bus, train, ferry, flight) — offered through a separate site operated by 12Go Asia Pte. Ltd. We are not the seller and not a party to those bookings. See section 8.
- We act as an intermediary that facilitates and resells access to Operators' Products and processes your payment. The experience is delivered by the Operator, who is solely responsible for its operation, quality, safety, conduct and compliance with local law.
- Each Product is subject to the Operator's own terms, conditions and restrictions (for example eligibility, age, health, timing, validity and cancellation rules), which are shown to you before you pay and form part of your booking.
- We also publish editorial travel content — destination guides, itineraries, budget estimates and tips — which is informational only (see our Disclaimer).
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to create an account or make a booking. Bookings that include child travellers are made by you as the adult booker: you confirm you hold parental responsibility for (or the parent's permission to book for) any child on the booking, and you provide any traveller details a supplier requires on their behalf. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date.
4. Bookings, prices and payment
- Currency & settlement. Prices are settled in US dollars (USD) and may be displayed in your selected currency for convenience. Display-currency amounts are indicative; the amount actually charged and refunded is the USD-settled amount, and your bank's exchange rate and fees may cause the figure on your statement to differ.
- Confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when we issue a confirmation (and, where applicable, a voucher or ticket). We may decline or cancel a booking — for example due to a pricing or availability error, suspected fraud, or Operator unavailability — and will refund any amount charged in that case.
- Payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (Stripe, or PayU for payments in Indian Rupees) or, for business partners, from an agency wallet balance. We do not store complete card numbers. You authorise us to charge the total shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and fees. Transport tickets are paid for on 12Go's site and charged by 12Go, not by us (section 8).
- Vouchers & use. You are responsible for presenting valid vouchers/tickets and for meeting the Operator's requirements (arrival time, ID, minimum numbers, dress code, etc.). Failure to do so may result in denied entry with no refund.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation and refund rights depend on the Product and are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy and on each listing. Some Products are non-refundable. Where an Operator cancels or materially changes an experience, you are entitled to a refund as described in that policy. Different rules apply to eSIM data plans (section 6), to airport and city transfers (section 7), and to long-distance transport tickets, which we do not sell (section 8).
6. eSIM data plans
We sell prepaid travel eSIM data plans as a digital product. We are the seller for these plans; the connectivity itself is provided by our eSIM supplier and by the local mobile network operators whose networks carry your data at your destination. By buying an eSIM plan you accept the following.
- Your device. It is your responsibility to check, before you buy, that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. We cannot verify this for you, and an incompatible or locked device is not a ground for a refund.
- Data only. Plans provide mobile data only. They do not include a phone number, voice calls or SMS unless a listing expressly says otherwise, and they must not be relied on for emergency calls.
- Coverage & speed. Coverage, network availability and speed depend on the local operators and on where you are. We do not guarantee any particular speed, network, technology (for example 5G) or uninterrupted service, and operators may throttle, deprioritise or apply fair-use limits to your traffic. Tethering/hotspot use may be restricted by the plan or the local network.
- Validity. Unless the listing says otherwise, a plan's validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, and the plan then runs continuously until its data allowance or validity period is exhausted, whichever comes first. Unused data is not refunded, carried over or transferred.
- Territory & lawful use. A plan works only in the destinations listed on it. Some countries restrict or prohibit foreign eSIMs, require identity registration, or licence mobile service in a way that limits availability; you are responsible for complying with the law where you travel. Plans are sold for temporary travel use and not for permanent roaming or resale, and we or the operator may suspend a plan used abusively, fraudulently or unlawfully.
- Delivery and immediate supply. Your QR code / activation (LPA) code is issued shortly after payment and sent to you by email and in your account. Because it is a digital product supplied immediately, an eSIM plan is non-refundable once the activation code has been issued — it cannot be cancelled, changed or transferred. By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase of digital content that would otherwise apply to you (including the 14-day right under EU and UK consumer law). Your rights where a plan is never delivered or is faulty are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy and are not affected.
7. Airport & city transfers
We sell point-to-point ground transfers — a private car, van, minibus or shared shuttle between an airport (or other hub) and an address, between two addresses, or hired by the hour. For these we are the seller and merchant of record: you contract with us and we charge you. The journey itself is performed by an independent, locally licensed transport supplier we book on your behalf, and that supplier is responsible for the vehicle, the driver and the safe conduct of the ride.
- What the price covers. The price you are quoted is for the vehicle and route shown, for the number of passengers and bags you entered, and it is fixed at the moment you pay — it does not change with traffic or the meter. Tolls, airport access fees and standard waiting time are included unless the listing says otherwise. Extras you did not select (child seats, additional stops, extra luggage) are not included, and a supplier may charge for them on the day.
- Passengers and luggage. Every vehicle has a stated passenger and luggage capacity. Booking a vehicle too small for your party is the one thing a driver can refuse on the spot, and no refund is due if they do. Oversized items (skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, pets) must be declared before you book.
- Pick-up time is yours to choose. You are responsible for the pick-up time you enter, and for being at the pick-up point at that time. Where you give us a flight number we track the flight and, where the supplier supports it, adjust the pick-up to the actual arrival — this is a best-effort convenience, not a guarantee. If your flight, train or plans change, change or cancel the booking rather than relying on tracking.
- Waiting time and no-shows. Drivers wait for a limited period (typically 60 minutes after an actual flight arrival, or 15 minutes for a non-airport pick-up) unless the listing states otherwise. If you do not arrive within that window, do not contact the driver, or cannot be found at the stated pick-up point, the ride counts as a no-show and no refund is due. Contact us or the supplier immediately if you are delayed — a ride that can still be run usually will be.
- Driver details. The supplier assigns a specific driver and vehicle shortly before pick-up, not at the time of booking. We send the driver's name, telephone number and vehicle details, and a tracking link where the supplier provides one, to the email address on the booking and to your ReadyTrip account as soon as we receive them.
- Each leg is a separate service. A return trip is two journeys. Confirmation, changes, cancellation and refunds apply to each leg on its own, so one leg can be cancelled or changed while the other stands.
- Cancellation, changes and refunds. Cancellation deadlines for a transfer run from the pick-up time of that leg, in the local time of the pick-up, and the applicable window is shown before you pay and on your booking. Changing a transfer means booking the replacement journey at the price then available and cancelling the original; where the original is still within its free-cancellation window it is refunded in full. Full detail is in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- If the supplier cannot run the ride. If a supplier cancels, fails to arrive, or the vehicle provided is materially different from the one booked, we refund you in full. We will help you find an alternative, but subject to section 14 we are not liable for onward costs such as a missed flight or a re-booked hotel night.
8. Transport tickets — booked with 12Go, not with us
Long-distance bus, train, ferry and flight tickets are not sold by ReadyTrip (this section does not cover the airport and city transfers we sell ourselves under section 7). They are sold by 12Go Asia Pte. Ltd. (a Singapore company, UEN 201228224R) on 12Go's own websites — including the ReadyTrip-branded site at readytrip.12go.asia and 12Go's own domains. Where we show transport routes, times or fares on ReadyTrip, we do so as an advertisement and referral: the links take you to 12Go, on a different website operated by a different company, where the booking is made. ReadyTrip does not sell, price, issue or fulfil transport tickets and is not a party to your transport booking.
- Your contract is with 12Go and with the transport operator, and it is governed by 12Go's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, shown on 12Go's site. These Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy do not apply to that booking. Read 12Go's terms before you pay — we cannot vary them and are not bound by them.
- 12Go takes your payment and holds your booking and passenger data as an independent controller. We do not charge you, do not receive your payment details, and cannot issue a refund for a transport booking.
- We are paid a commission. ReadyTrip participates in 12Go's partner programme and earns a commission on bookings made through our links, at no extra cost to you. Our links carry a tracking code so that a booking is attributed to us. This is a paid commercial arrangement, and transport options may be shown, ordered or promoted on ReadyTrip because of it rather than on merit alone. It is not an endorsement, and we do not independently verify 12Go's fares, availability, operators or vehicles.
- Fares and times shown on ReadyTrip are indicative. Any transport price, timetable, duration, operator or seat availability we display comes from 12Go, is a snapshot that may be out of date or incomplete, and may exclude taxes, booking or payment fees. Only the price and details shown by 12Go at the moment you pay are binding, and a discrepancy between our page and 12Go's is not an offer, a price guarantee, or a ground for any claim against us.
- Changes, cancellations, refunds, delays and support for transport bookings are handled by 12Go under 12Go's policies, and schedules and departures are set by the transport operators. Direct these requests to 12Go — our support team has no access to those bookings.
- No agency or partnership. Nothing in this arrangement makes ReadyTrip an agent, broker, carrier, tour operator, joint venturer or partner of 12Go or of any transport operator, and we do not act for you in arranging carriage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for transport bookings, for 12Go's or any transport operator's acts or omissions, or for missed departures, delays, cancellations, connections or the accuracy of anything 12Go publishes.
9. Reviews & user content
You may submit reviews, ratings, photos or other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership but grant ReadyTrip a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it in connection with the Platform and our marketing. You are responsible for your User Content and warrant it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe others' rights. We may verify, moderate, refuse or remove content, and may restrict reviews to verified purchasers.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- Resell, scrape, data-mine, frame, or use automated systems to access the Platform without our consent;
- Reproduce, copy or exploit any part of the Platform or its content without written permission;
- Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform, or attempt unauthorised access.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform — text, graphics, logos, images, guides, compilations and software — is owned by ReadyTrip or its licensors and Operators and is protected by international intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right in our or others' intellectual property except the limited right to use the Platform as intended.
12. Third-party links & advertising
The Platform may contain links to, and advertising for, third-party websites, products and services, and we may earn commissions or advertising revenue. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, products or privacy practices. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for how advertising and measurement work.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform and all content and Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information, pricing, availability or Operator content is complete or accurate. Travel involves inherent risks that are not within our control.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadyTrip and its officers, employees, agents and partners are not liable for any loss or damage — including indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunity, or enjoyment — arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, any booking, or any act, omission, cancellation, injury, delay or default of an Operator or other third party. This includes, without limitation, losses from inaccurate pricing, availability or travel information, missed connections, denied entry or visa issues, event changes or cancellations, and personal injury or property loss occurring during an experience.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you actually paid to ReadyTrip for that booking. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including certain consumer rights, or liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud).
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReadyTrip and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your User Content, your bookings, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States — where Travel Pass Inc is established — without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights and venue available to you under the laws of your country of residence. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before commencing formal proceedings.
17. Changes & severability
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
