- Weather: Operations will temporarily stop in the event of thunder and lightning.
- Weather: Our Luge and Skyride operate as normal in a slight drizzle and will only stop in the event that heavy rain would impact your safety.
- Age and height restrictions (Skyride): Min. height 85cm to ride with an adult / Min. height 135cm to ride alone.
- Age and height restrictions (Luge): Must be 6 years old and 110cm or taller to ride Luge alone / Children under 6 years old can ride tandem with an adult.
- Dresscode: There is no strict attire or dress code but it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and covered toe shoes.
- Accessibility: Skyline Luge is not wheelchair accessible. It is also not suitable for people with physical disabilities or bad knees as the tracks go downhill.

Every option shows its own cancellation terms before you pay — where free cancellation applies, the window closes at 00:00 (midnight), local time at the destination, on the cut-off day. Date changes aren't automatic — they depend on the operator.
