About this experience
- Jetside Service (Arrival): As customers disembark, our GRO will greet them at the aerobridge and escort them to the nearest tarmac entrance via electric buggy. Customers get to cruise through Singapore Changi Airport via Tarmac to CIP Terminal. Upon reaching CIP, they get to pass through our in-house immigration and customs clearance. Customers get to enjoy champagne served by their own personal butler in the VIP Suite while we retrieve their checked baggage. Once ready, they will be escorted to their limousine awaiting at our private porch.
- Jetside Service (Departure): The moment customers arrive at CIP terminal (instead of main terminal), our GRO will handle all departure formalities, including check-in and baggage handling including GST refund and baggage wrapping service. Customers can simultaneously relax in the VIP Suite where they can enjoy champagne and a personal butler. After which they will go through our in-house immigration clearance, security screening and cruise through Singapore Changi Airport via Tarmac to the main terminal. Once they arrive at the main terminal, they will be escorted via electric buggy to their boarding gate for your departure flight where pre-boarding procedure will be conducted at the gate.
