- The Sky Lift will be closed for security checks on Mar 11, Jun 24, Jul 15, Aug 26, and Nov 25, 2025
- You can bring a stroller free of charge on the cable car.
- Admission tickets for the rose garden at Seoul Zoo must be purchased on-site. (Adult: ₩2,000)
- The National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art offers free admission. (Famous works include Nam June Paik's video art and Yayoi Kusama's "Pumpkin.") There is also an on-site restaurant where you can have lunch.

- Customers who wish to take the cable car should board at least 30 minutes before closing.
