- This product is a "general experience area special admission ticket" and cannot be used by people under 100cm in height.
- If you exceed the time limit, you will need to pay an additional 2,000 won on site for every 10 minutes of overtime.
- When using the Kids Zone, parents/guardians must purchase an additional admission ticket(6,000 KRW)
- For safety reasons, please be sure to follow the staff's instructions
- If you leave the venue midway, you will not be able to re-enter the venue and no refund requests will be accepted.

- If the venue is reserved by a group on that day, you may not be able to experience it.
- "Sky Challenge" is open from 1:00 to 15:00 every hour
- For safety reasons, people with high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma and pregnant women are not recommended to participate.
- Parents/guardians can redeem a cup of coffee with the admission ticket, but cannot use the Kids Zone.
- People under 120cm in height are not allowed to use it.
- * This product is for foreigners only, Koreans are not allowed to buy it!
- When using the trampoline, you must wear Vaunce special socks.
- If an accident occurs due to failure to follow the staff's instructions, the guest shall bear the sole responsibility.
- If you lose your admission wristband/safe deposit box key, please go to the counter and pay 3,000 KRW (admission wristband) and 8,000 KRW (safe deposit box key) to receive a new one.
- There may not be enough lockers available during weekends due to heavy traffic.
- No Food, drinks or pets are allowed into the venue.

Can I cancel this booking?
