Things to note
- Passengers without a redeemed boat ticket cannot board the ship.
- Reservations can be made up to 3 hours before departure for each voyage.
- We recommend arriving at the ticket office at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
- Children aged 36 months and above, up to elementary school age, are charged child ticket prices
- Navigation will operate normally during rain/snow, but will be suspended during heavy rain warnings/cold wave warnings or when the discharge volume of Palttang Dam exceeds 3,000 tons.
- Foreign passengers must carry a passport (one representative can carry it for the group).
- All passengers must complete a boarding declaration form and undergo ID verification.
- Wheelchairs or strollers must be stored at the designated storage area within the pier before boarding.
- Infants under 36 months travel for free
- Boat tickets must be issued within 5 minutes before departure
- Junior high school students and above are charged adult ticket prices.

Can I cancel this booking?
Every option shows its own cancellation terms before you pay — where free cancellation applies, the window closes at 00:00 (midnight), local time at the destination, on the cut-off day. Cancel from My bookings within the window for a full refund (once your ticket has been issued, message support inside the window and we cancel it for you); after it, the option's terms apply. Can I change the date of my booking?
Date changes aren't automatic — they depend on the operator. Email [email protected] from the address you booked with, quoting your booking reference and the new date you'd like, and we'll ask the operator for you. Changes are subject to their approval and availability; if the date can't be moved, your booking's cancellation terms apply.
