Things to note
- Infants under 3 joining regular tours require a liability waiver and are free without a seat (must be held by a parent)
- When there are fewer people, the driver will also serve as the guide.
- Compensation will be required for any stains caused.
- To reach the volcano crater, you need to take the official shuttle bus
- Package does not include admission ticket to the castle tower
- In case of special weather conditions, the decision to cancel the trip will be made one day before departure.

- The shuttle fee is complimentary and non-refundable
- If Mount Aso is closed, the itinerary will be changed to a visit to Kusasenri.
- During Japanese holidays, traffic congestion may occur, and refunds due to traffic jams are not available
- Mount Aso volcano is currently closed due to the helicopter incident, so we will visit Kusasenri instead.
