About this experience
Choose from flexible ticket options including Aqua Spa for 1 person, 2 persons, or children, as well as a Night Spa ticket for evening visits. All ticket options provide access to the pool, bath house, and jjimjilbang. No advance reservation is required, and tickets can be used immediately after purchase by presenting the barcode at the entrance.

- Use of the locker room, locker key and shoe locker
- Towels for use inside the facility (may not be taken out of the facility)

- Food and beverages, and any purchase at the restaurant or shops on site
- Rental items and paid facilities, including indoor/outdoor sunbeds and cabanas in the Aqua Spa zone
- Therapy and nail shop services (currently closed)
- Transportation to and from the venue
- Swimming cap (mandatory; please bring your own)
Things to note
- Aqua shoes are allowed. Aqua shoes with heels, slippers and sandals are not allowed.
- A swimming cap is mandatory. Other caps may also be worn. Long hair must be tied up.

Can I cancel this booking?
Every option shows its own cancellation terms before you pay — where free cancellation applies, the window closes at 00:00 (midnight), local time at the destination, on the cut-off day. Can I change the date of my booking?
Date changes aren't automatic — they depend on the operator.
