- Infants under 24 months can board for free, but age verification is required before boarding.
- Sailing activities can be conducted in light rain weather.
- All ages are welcome, but children under 13 cannot ride alone
- The penguin semi-submarine has a capacity of 11 people

- All activities include safety training.
- A single traveler can make a booking, but the minimum number of travelers required is 2. In this case, you may share the boat with other travelers. (If no other travelers book for the same time slot, the booking cannot proceed with just one traveler.)
- Reservations during January and February may be subject to frequent changes due to local weather conditions (with only about 10 operational days possible per month in winter).
- Please arrive 20 minutes before your reserved time.
- If your group exceeds 6 people, you can have exclusive use of one semi-submarine. (This policy may not apply during peak season)
- If you are late, it will be considered as a no-show and cannot be used, non-refundable and non-changeable.
- Fish feeding experience can be paid for on-site (cash or card accepted).

Can I cancel this booking?
Every option shows its own cancellation terms before you pay — where free cancellation applies, the window closes at 00:00 (midnight), local time at the destination, on the cut-off day. Can I change the date of my booking?
Date changes aren't automatic — they depend on the operator. Email [email protected] from the address you booked with, quoting your booking reference and the new date you'd like, and we'll ask the operator for you. Changes are subject to their approval and availability; if the date can't be moved, your booking's cancellation terms apply.
