Things to note
- Children aged 6 and above and at least 110cm tall may ride alone. Children 85–120cm tall must ride with a qualified adult.
- Weekends and Korean public holidays are typically very busy. Advance booking is highly recommended to minimize waiting times.
- Luge and Skyride operations may be suspended due to heavy rain, strong winds, or adverse weather conditions for safety reasons.
- Closed-toe shoes are required for all riders. Helmets are provided and must be worn throughout the luge and Skyride experience.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted on the Skyride or luge tracks. Refreshments are available at the on-site facilities.

Can I cancel this booking?
Every option shows its own cancellation terms before you pay — where free cancellation applies, the window closes at 00:00 (midnight), local time at the destination, on the cut-off day. Cancel from My bookings within the window for a full refund (once your ticket has been issued, message support inside the window and we cancel it for you); after it, the option's terms apply. Can I change the date of my booking?
Date changes aren't automatic — they depend on the operator.
